Great idea! And was that Julie I heard doing voiceover on the pig and sheep? She may have a gig on Madagascar 3. Happy holidays, and thanks for thinking of this!
This has to be one of the most creative and generous holiday ideas I have ever seen. What a great way to celebrate this season of giving, especially in such an uncertain time.
I think this website is so cute - nice job! My (6y) nephew thought it was great and was actually interested in what we were doing. I forwarded it to all my friends…
This may be the cleverest thing anybody has ever done to support Heifer, with the possible exception of a women’s club that took a cow to the top floors of the hoity-toity Bellevue-Stratford Hotel in Philadelphia in the 1950s to promote the cause at a dinner party. And as Heifer staff, I can definitely say that that is a llama (prononuned “Ya-muh”) and not its cousin the alpaca.
Nice. The actionable message guarantees you don’t fall into the typical cheesy Xmas greeting e-card trap. Glad you didn’t animate the animals as cartoons. BTW - are you sure your llama isn’t really an alpaca?
This is great, I love it! Very creative!!
Awesome site!!! It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside. I guess that’s why I voted for the sheep.
Any Golden Globe nominations to announce yet? Perhaps for the goat?
This is a great idea on many levels. Thanks for raising awareness of Heifer and world hunger.
What a unique way to help those in need
duck is tasty

Love this idea! And was that Julie I heard doing the voice of the pig and sheep? She may be called upon to star in Madascar 3!

I’m with Steve - Vote llama all the way!
A creative and fun way to help others! And the card was fun, too!
I can’t believe the duck has taken the lead. Go cows!
The site is great and I’m sending it to everyone I know…
Vote Llama in 08! Mr. Llama needs more votes!
My friends are already telling their friends!!! Yay!
Moo! Moo moo mooooo. Moo moo moo moo. Moo moo moo.
This site look awesome! I can’t wait to see which animal gets the most votes… Great job and great idea!!!
Happy Holidays!!!!!! This was great Thanks!
Julee,
I love it. Jake heard the music and came over to see what it was — then he watched the animals. Better than Curious George on t.v.
Great job.
Great idea. Much better than giving older people more stuff. Gifts that make a difference.
You did a great job of communicating that the gift is very meaningful and life-giving.
I will forward it on to others.

I was waiting for the llama to spit. OK, that wouldn’t have worked.
This is great - I’m sending it to everyone I know. Awesome organization, and awesome holiday card. Thanks!!

Muy honorable y generous… but what?! No PANTHER?
I think you can follow the cow on Twitter…
Absolutely the most honorable (and creative) holiday card…and yes, I’ll tell all my friends!
Wow! I’m going to tell all my friends!
